Our story began over 20 years ago, when founder Jasna Bejtovic-Didelija launched her first tax practice in St. Louis. What started as a small firm has since grown into Files and Taxes Inc., established in 2013 to better serve the needs of individuals and businesses with a wider range of services.

Jasna leads the firm as a Tax Strategist, combining her Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University and MBA coursework from Webster University with decades of hands-on experience. Over the years, she has resolved complex tax issues, guided business owners through challenging financial decisions, and saved clients thousands through smart, personalized strategies.
